I long, as does every other human to be at home, wherever find myself.
Through history, we human have sought in some way that kind of homecoming, to fel loved or safe, more worthy, more secure.
for many of us, our strategies are trying to feel better, to feel more at home aren't often so wholesome
we get either competitive and try to improve ourselves, or we judge others . We try to people please. and those strategies take away from ourselves. they don't work.
I didn't live true to myself. I lived according to other's expectations.
"Do you pay regular vist to yourself " -Rumi
this training that you'll be embarking upon is really learning how to visit ourselves, how to deepen presence. in the real presence, we will find inner refuge of peace and clarity and love.

Do not try to save the whole world or do anything grandiose.
Instead, create a clearing in the dense foreset of your life.
and wait there patiently until the song
that is your life falls into your own cuppeed hands.
and you recognize and greet it. Only then will you know how to give yourself to this world so worthy of resecure.
